The worst agent I have ever dealt with. Not a surprise our house didn't sell. Requested better pictures, suggested maybe a professional photographer. Her reply was that she was that she used to be a professional photographer. Her pictures proved why she is no longer a photographer. The house was listed for over $600,000 and the listing deserved better pictures then ones I could take with my iPhone. Of course we wanted the most money we could get for our home but after being listed for over 6 months I had to call her and suggest we lower the price. I also had to request several times that she have an open house. I requested both a public open house and one for realtors. The one for realtors never happened. There was one public open house in the 9 months she had the listing. It was postponed many times because of the weather. I know my name and my husband's name are similar, Michael / Michele but after you make the mistake once, when sending an email, you would be more careful the next time. This happened several times. Her not doing anything to try and sell the house might have something to do with my husband and I getting divorced, him living in the house and not wanting to sell. But, it then shows she has not an ethical bone in her body. And yes, he picked the realtor.
