The so called management lives in number 15. This women is rude to children, lies about rules and violates landlord tenant laws.she shows up at early hours to cover her ass on your children's who leave a bike out. She actually has a 3 year old.strangely. She never announces herself via mail like the law states..instead she unlawfully violates no trespassing signs. To let you know about her boss and she ll tell you he s an ashore. She smokes weed and has a bad past with criminals. and pretends her shit don't stink. People change right? Not to mention her boyfriend who can't read the manual on animals. It says cats can't wonder outside there bound to the inside or no cats. yet his does ..they are slum lords who benefit off the United States land and abuse it in their employment by fern ridge mobile estate s junction City oregon..she has welfare check out her backyard and she s so Cady and fake her pearls And fake nails couldn't save her soul .I wouldn't recommend living here unless you are retired..and have no worth. between people being friends of family they have committed crimes against people .by allowing the postal service to even giving mail or access to mail boxes on the property at fern ridge .
