James Didion, the developer: We purchased a home in 1536 E. Highland Ave., Redlands, CA 92374 in August 2016 we were given warranties that extended up to 10 years. From day one we were experiencing many repair issues with the home ranging from electrical the plumbing two cracked stucco air-conditioning not working. Repairs were done slowly on some of the request. We also suffered plumbing in the garage due to in inoperable pump. We experienced damaged merchandise personal property. Recently we had leakage in the upstairs tub do too The fact that the deck was not sealed properly. Around the tub itself. The developer and his contractors cut holes in the upstairs kitchen area of the drywall. After claiming that the leakage was due to the kids splashing water on the deck of the tub The owner now refuses to fix the drywall. The leakage occurred due to the fact that like the superintendent Bob said the house settled and that separated the deck of the tub in the tub itself. We are concerned that we may have mold now and not to mention the fact that we have a hole in the middle of our kitchen. Falling debris's from the drywallhas caused injuries to not only myself but also the kids. The dishwasher did not work for over a year and although the contractors were out to see it over 10 times it was not repaired and as of recent the owner has egg knowledge that we have been waiting an extreme amount of time. We want our repairs on our home to be pleaded by the developer as they should be. We will also be seeking legal damages.
