We have lived in this park over 20 years and have sadly watched the deterioration of it under the owners daughter over the past 5 or 6 years to the point of embarrassment. She isn't concerned about who she sells or rents her property to as long as the numbers are there. The properties are not taken care of because people have no pride in in them. We have a huge transient population that does not speak English they throw beer cans on others property at their animals they back into trash cans and don't bother to clean it up. They walk onto the property of of others and steal tools or whatever is sitting out. The lack of respect these new "neighbors" have is disgusting. We had a very safe park for 15 years but Tammy Schatz has proven by conversation and actions that her lack of concern for any of her fathers properties with bankrupt under her management. You must have respect for people and property to be a good property manager. BUYER BEWARE!
