I have lived here since 12/2008. I have never had any problems, until a new tenant purchased Lot 555 (behind mine). This man allows his 2 dogs (over 30 lb. limit set by park?)to defecate in his back yard & not clean it up for days. This man had thrown gravel all over my carport/back yard because I called animal control. Dogs run unleased over my carport/front yard (new grass seed destroyed) without so much as an notice from the office. I have written/called spoken to someone in office/management at least 12 times. I am selling my home - park is becoming a dump fast - can't get out of here soon enough.
