The place looks nice, and the management really talks it up, but it's not all that hot. - There are a lot of drug related issues, despite management screening renters (you'll have that just about everywhere though) - Be prepared to get verbally assaulted/things stolen by the teens that wander around - There are a lot of rules, but often taking measures to prevent breaking one rule will break another, or you will be told you cannot do something even though it's not mentioned in the park rules, etc. Overall, it's a place to live, and you won't get shot at when you step outside, but it's not really worth it either.
