do not rent a space at the arroyo trailer park.there is new owners and the management erestina cruz is wacked out of her mind.she has robbed tenants belongings and tore down their mobile homes with a backhoe.she also towed cars out from tenants yards.this tendant has nomore personal belongings,also has no car or does he have his mobile home.he has nothing.shes a scandless bitch.couldnt get the mobile home moved out due to covid 19 thru the tribe at the time.arroyo park dont care about the tenants.be smart stay away from this place.rent a space elsewhere.she violates everyones rights there
     Anonymous user - 3/13/2022 - YES SHES TOWED MY CAR RITE OUT OF MY YARD WITHOUT WORD.NOW IM CARLESS ,BET SHE SLEEPS GOOD AT NIGHT DOING PEOPLE LIKE SHE DOES OVER HERE.NO HEART FOR OTHERS.WHY COULDNT SHE WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH ME FIRST.GET RID OF HER.SEND HER TO HELL I WATCHED HER ROB THE TENDANTS BELONGINGS.I COULDNT BELEAVE MY EYES THE MANTNANCE MAN ROBBED THE BRAND NEW WASHER AND DRYER.THEY SHOULD GO TO JAIL FOR ROBBERY.ITS A CRIME
      - 3/13/2022 - DOUG BROWN IS THE PREVIOUS OWNER.NEW OWNERS AS OF 4 MONTHS AGO.I BELEAVE HER NAME IS WENDY DONT NO A LAST NAME.THE NEW MANAGEMENT WOULDNT GIVE ME THE INFO.ITS NM LAW THAT THE OWNERS INFO NEEDS TO BE PRESENT ON THE LEASE.ITS NOT ON THEIR.SHE NEEDS TO SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT.SHE HAS PISSED OFF ALL THE TENANTS WHOS LIVED THERE FOR YEARS.ALL OF HER NEW RULES APPLY TO NEW RENTERS.NOT CURRENT TENANTS
