3 years ago I contracted Don at Pristine Pools to update my pool. Only a few weeks after the remodel, tiles started popping off. Don sent out his repair guy and he put them back. Long story short is it got worse and for three years I have attempted to get Don to fix the mess. He has not answered my calls for over a year now. The only time I got thru was when I called from an anonymous number. He said he would have someone out the next day. I have yet to see them. Now I have hundreds of tiles missing and Don has taken no responsibility to fix his mess. When looking for a pool contractor, I would recommend you look elsewhere. This guy does not back up his work.
