Orderoutdoor ladder for my above ground pool.Wanted something safe. Order the ladder picked up and when putting it together the pickets to the sides was missing. Went to pool place showed them what was missing they stated we did miss a box . They went to warehouse couldnt find it so the warehouse guys found some scrap pickets gave them to us. Went home put together was missing a set went back didn't have the full set but gave us a practical set it would do. A hour later sales rep Evan stated we had to bring them back stated we stoled them but stated we could purchase for 250. We went home took the scrap picketrs off due to Evan threatening to call the law. Went back gave pickets wanted the box they stated we didn't get. Evan said now not missing a part. After all that we are going to lowes put on lattice to make pool safe. Never will I use this company After paying 800 and missing parts they were rude threatening and lied to the customer after admitting mistake they wouldn't make it rught.So disappointed in this company and the disrespect we were shown
