Pool was clean. The problem was Jim was passive aggressive. I passed on him to pour concrete for me. Shortly after that I believe he cut my hose. Flagstone that I had laying in my backyard was moved and broken. I was charged twice for a big repair. He 'lost'a check and when I told him I was going to cancel the check before I wrote him another he miraculously found it. On his last day of service he stole the chlorine tabs out of my pool!!! Then he took the container of tabs that I had paid for and back washed my pool so there was untreated water in my pool. I emailed him and called him, surprisingly no answer. He still owes me for the tabs. Do not hire this sad excuse for a business owner.
