- Leaking pool from day one, faulty installation- BEWARE - - Single mother ripped off - 5/22/2023 - comment
I purchased an $8,000 POOL from H and H in Warner Robins and was told I had to used Jeffery as my pool installer or my warranty would be void. The second day we used it the pool started leading. H and H said call Jeffery. From June 2022 to May 2023 I called Jeffery with leaks 5 times. The pipes were never wrapped with tape, just glued on and they continue to leak and form multiple new leaks. In October he claims he came to fix it again while I was not home but he did not, I have security cameras. We cannot use our pool because it's leaking spraying out water and flooding my yard. He informed me he did not know who I was, and that I never contacted him and that he is out of state and no longer in the pool business. Who is responsible for the faulty pool connections that have leaked 5 times in a year and he will not repair?

We have been waiting since August 2015 for him to exchange a faulty pool pump he installed in June 2015. We have contacted him repeatedly via phone, text and email. He has said on at least 2 different occasions that he would change it out. We closed our pool without a new pump last fall. We opened it this month, June 2105, still no new pump. We can't enjoy it because of the pump not working properly. Can't even leave it running when we go somewhere, afraid it might do further damage.
