Jeff's company replastered a pool that I service. They split the main drain per new regulations, installed a new hand rail in the shallow of the pool per new regulations. They installed a tile line to separate the shallow end from the deep end. Sounds great, right? Now 3 years later, the plaster is lifting off of the bottom of the pool, Cracks have appeared in the plaster. A 3 inch diameter hole about 5/8" deep has appeared. I can put a 3" chlorine tablet in the hole and it just sticks out of the top of the hole. They took over $600.00 to extend the warranty on the plaster job to 7 years. They will have nothing to do with the warranty. The manufacturer says that the problems we're having is due to a homemade bonding agent that was used to save their company money. Good luck if you use this company or any that is owned by the same owner.
