There are 2 different Aloha Pools & Spas. We have had 3 pools installed in and by Hugh Moak and his crew. We have been 100% satisfied with all of his work. Never a problem. However, concrete is never guaranteed. I know this first hand from having numerous pools when I lived in California.

DO NOT USE ALOHA POOLS, OWNER HUGH MOAK. Aloha Pools installed our L shaped pool 26-27 months ago and the sidewalk along the shallow end has settled into the ground so far that the sidewalk is almost sideways. The decking has almost completely pulled away from the brick coping. They refuse to even accept our calls, lied about coming out to even see it, and are now saying they are not accepting any communication. We've gone to the BBB twice against Aloha and now are filing suit with our attorney. DO NOT USE ALOHA POOLS!
