Personalized Pools East Hampton - Bridgehampton NY: He was incredibly pleasant and responsive when I interviewed him. He was polite, pleasant and patient. Once I signed the contract and he received the deposit issues occurred, calls were made and the lack of response or follow through started. When he did keep an appointment, he seemed very rushed and disinterested. borderline dismissive. At the end, the finished product "OK". Not worth the aggravation and numerous calls that were needed to get him to respond or resolve the problems. We had no issues with the delays, that's part of any remolding etc. His condescending tone was unprofessional and uncalled for especially after he didn't respond to any of the calls or emails, never an excuse, just "we'll take care of it"

If you're looking for any type of follow-up, or any kind of response from them AFTER they get your money, you'll only get yourself frustrated. Arrogance is his strong point. quality of work is fair. Problems after the work is completed: many. Response time to complete the repairs; 3months at best after numerous calls and promises to rectify the blatant problems. Unfortunately we didn't read any of the reviews on Personalized Pool or Greg Gordon. After speaking with a few local friends that knew of him, one hired Greg in 2010 and the other knew of him, all stated the same: Pleasant at first then the problems started: flooded the pool, washed away all the top soil, never took responsibility or "my apologizes" for the problems. It took repeated calls and when he spoke (down) to you he was arrogant. They're a plenty of other companies. Read the reviews before hiring anyone.

Beware Greg Gordon of Personalized Pools, Inc., East Hampton, NY is a good salesperson, that's about it. To his credit he did install the pool at the agreed cost and general time frame. He was not available and responsive to our concerns after we signed the contract. The follow up was bad, and the customer service was bad. He did no supervise his staff. While filling the pool with water he let the water run for 8 hours, and the pool over flowed thus washing all the earth the was compacted around the pool away. Then after the pool was up and running I noticed the lining was not smooth. In May 2014, I made several requests to have Greg Gordon take a look at the lining and correct the imperfection. As of today September 5, 2015 the lining is still not corrected.
