commentAllen Gentry came to my home June, 2018 to evaluate my pool and needed repairs. Agreed to do repairs for $2,000, would be 2 to 3 weeks before he could get to it. Fast forward to June, 2019--many calls on our part enquiring as to when the repairs would be done, each time--we have not forgot you, it will a couple more weeks. this is a two day job. Last fall (2018) when we called they promised they would for sure do it by November, because everything for the season would be over. We called again in March 2019, more promises. They sent someone else out to reevaluate pool, because it has gotten worse over the last year, said they will still do it ASAP, but now it will be $6,000.00 ---- Nothing. In all this time --they NEVER contacted us when they did not show up as promised. We always had to call them. It is now August, 2019.
