The Last Poster on This Pool. Company and Their analysis of Quality of Work Done By This Pool Co. is Either a Former Sub Contractor Who Was Trerminated For Shoddy Work or A Person With a Vendetta Against Someone in That Company. Thei Last Poster's Entire Review of The Company is Not The Top Quality Pool Co. I know Thos about This Pool Co. That Company has Put in 3 Fantastic Pools For ME At 2 Homes and a Hotel I Bought. I've Heard Horrror Stories about other Pool Companies , That Half way Thru job Suddenly Need Additiional $5000 or more for Rock Removal Expense . The Other Pool Companies ran into Digging Your new Pool!, This Charge is above and after You Are Given a Price and Sigmed a Contract! Surprise: There is This Little Rock Clause in The Middle of a Paragraphs in The Contract, That Says Extra Charges May apply if Abnormal Rock is Encountered (NOTE- What Normal Rock is Never Defined)Just EXTRA COST MAY APPLY( Not in CapsThough)Clause is in The Other Pool Co.'s Contract&No Cost on what Rock May Cost.If You had Known Pool Price Could Go way up,You might Not Have Put in The Pool Of You Had Been Told The Cost Including The Rock Removal ! But,You NowHave a Huge Hole in Your Yard and Even if You RealizeThe Pool is Now To Expensive,So You Want To Stop Putting Pool in; Because Of Added Rock Cost,and Half Of way thru, Cost Now More than You can Afford! The Pool Company Mentioned Here is Pure Honest Quality, AND THEY ARE ONLY Pool Co., THAT Truly Fully Check Ground Rock First and AreThe Only Pool Company I Know, Extra Rock Charge is NEVER IN Their Contract and Their Original Price NEVER Changes From Original Signed Contract!
