Disrespectful, while he was allowed entering an apartment unit he wanted to enter at his convenience (no active leak), did not schedule. When he entered the unit he look at the bathroom and without opening the water determined that it was leaking. He proceeded to review the real problem (clogged tubing) was allowed to use a hose inside the residence. Had the water running for about five minutes and the leak started. They started yelling at each other to close the water. Took the hose and left (did not clean) did not inform if he had fixed the clogged line. Did not mention the problem for the clogged line in the report, but problems with the heather (that he never checked).
