WAY overcharged to the point of being totally ripped off. Work required by me prior to them coming was absolutely unheard of and THEN they are so tacky that they want to charge a 4% fee for use of credit card. Been using this company since Steve ran it, but appears since Steve retired or they evolved over time that have become more of a rip-off-nickle-and-dime-scamming company than one that wants to have local return customers. Very sad.
