I agree with Karen. I called Scott Vaughn after strong recommendation but he did not call back. I do not know what kind of plumber he is because he would never return calls!

I cannot give a rating on the actual service because I have to give a poor rating for NO SERVICE. I called Scott because of a strong recommendation, got right through, was visited the next day and told that I would be worked into the schedule soon. I was in no hurry as I was having a home water system installed and had a portable unit I was using. After two months of my calls to him, either not being answered or being answered and reassured I'd be contacted soon, I gave up. In my last telephone message I informed Scott that I would be writing this review. Yesterday, I called a different plumber, he came out this morning, not only gave me an estimate, but did the installation on the spot (a two hour job due to having to creatively loop some piping) and my unit is installed.
