Ronnie Watley is the best plumber in Columbus. When he came to install a tankless hot water heater in our home, he also repaired a leak we had that had caused extensive damage to a room in the house. He took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to perfection. I would recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

The owner of Master Plumbing came to my house and threatened to come after my house for a bill the previous owners had not paid. Said his lawyers were filing papers for the bill that wouldn't even be seen by a small claims court judge. After initially and continually reassuring him that I was not the previous home owners, even showing a bill from his company that I had paid from a service call that I previously needed. This man was so rude, and I tried everything i could to get him in touch with the previous owners, which is impossible (I would even like to contact previous owners because of items they failed to meet for our contract) He just assumed I was lying the whole time and he refused to verify that I was a new owner (tried to show him bills and my drivers license which he wanted nothing to do with) He's a bully and a sad excuse for a business man. Stay away or deal with this sub-par business.
