commentWe had a leak at my father-in-law's house and called Rick Pacetti Plumbing. They were punctual, professional and reasonable. They explained what we needed fixed and cleaned up after the work was completed. I will call them again.
Peter Spiller - 4/12/2015 - Look elsewhere. Did a whole house re piping for us. Rushed through the process, left many serious issues unresolved, reversed hot and cold, inadequate water flow, attic insulation moved aside not replaced. Stood on top of attic A/C air handler (new pipes above), bent in top and colapsed insulation into blower-- expensive repair, Pacetti claims no responsibility to reimburse.
Has not made any effort to fix the many issues. My error was to pay in full on day he finished not having taken a close look.
If you do use Pacetti, suggest not paying until absolutely sure work is properly done. Another hint: have him show you in advance the valves, etc. he will use. We got plastic supply valves for our six sinks and three toilets. Hope they last. My guess, these are the least expensive valves Pacetti can buy.
