Mr. Gregory has recently been taken to Civil Court due to POOR completion of work. His own workers made statements that he will convince a homeowner for whole dig of basements when you contact for a wall leak. His OWN employee noted he has homeowners believe it's not their walls leaking but the basement floor. His employee stated Mr Gregory tells homeowners they NEED whole basement dig that it's not the wall because they earn more revenue for complete floor dig ups. Once he gives you estimate you are no longer able to contact him. He sends his plumbers with instructions and will not come out to discuss problem issues. Contact police in your area should he offer his company's service.

Richard Gregory isn't a licensed Plumber, or contractor in fact he has no licenses at all. He running an illegal business and does piss poor work. Say away from Armstrong Plumbing and Richard Gregory if you've done business with him and he's done a poor job. File a complaint with the state for being unlicensed and running an illegal business
