Terrible!!! Do not use. I've used for several years unfortunately. Mistakes rich Duran made- My roof is a pond (little gradient in first place luckily I had it sealed in the spring) because they did not adjust bob valve properly on swamp cooler causing water to overflow all summer, boiler was not brought up to a 2004 code of filtering gas sediment despite them inspecting it for years, replaced my water line w/ cheap plastic after my quality brass cracked from their improper stowing/ servicing from last tech (which RD tech told me). Nonexistent customer service- I only found out after calling another plumber because they wouldn't come out in a timely manner. Also when my hot water heater died last year they weren't going to come out for days- so I called Paul's Plumbing and Heating who came out in a day!
