I called for pipe leak on my property and the owner(Michael Zalewski) sent a plumber name Tim. He arrived at the property and I showed him the location of pipe leak on the ceiling. He took out 2'x2' section of ceiling sheetrock and there was a pinhole leak on the hot water copper piping. He told me the cost to repair the leak is $385. I knew the price was too much and was not happy with the price. He told me if I don't let him do the work, he will charge me $185 for taking 2'x2' section of sheetrock out from ceiling. Because he start cursing and very rude I let him do the work for $325, to get him out of my property. Only thing he did was cut the copper pipe, put copper coupling in between and did brazing. Total cost of parts at local home depot or Lowes is less than $10. Total time he spent in the property was less than 30 minutes and he left without cleaning the trash/mess on the floor. They are very unprofessional. This will be my last call to reliable plumbing. Please don't call Reliable Plumbing and waste your money. They don't give you an estimate before they start the work. Total rip off!!!!
