When hired to do a specific service, they took it upon themselves to replace more than what they were hired to do, without even an approval phone call and charged for the unwanted parts. When I called and asked the office about it, the lady was rather nasty and said that's the way they do business, they don't have time to call people to get an approval and to hire someone else next time. (So I Guess that's that...)
