Sorry to say but “ Grandma B” could possibly be the grandmother. Left message on Sunday, thought they'd call back on Monday morning to schedule. Nope I called them. They said they could be out on Tuesday in the afternoon between 1 and 4, and would call about a half a Hour prior to arriving. So 3:45PM rolls around no call no tech. I call their office and a lady answers, I explain the situation and she responds that they overbooked for the day and would call the tech and call me right back. 30+ minutes later nothing. I call back and she explains she can not get ahold of them. Ok I'm not an expert but communication is key. Call your customer and let them know what is going on. I asked what time was their hours and they usually work until 4:00, noting it was 4:15 I wasted 1/2 day of vacation from work and they didn't have the smarts to call and say they overlooked and may not be able to get to us? Recommendation do not even call these folks.

I called Joe's Plumbing out to my house because another company could not find my line to cable. Joe personally came out and used a camera and locator to find where to cable from and opened my line up.
