Joe Benoit @ Benoit Plumbing takes jobs an does not know what he's doing I had him dig up pipes an lay them back for main drain line an still my main drain line to my home is backing up , not only that there is a young man he works with STEPHEN BOUCHER who has a criminal record on RI judiciary web site in RI for a slew of charges The one that makes me concerned unlawful appropriation with money pls very careful!!! For these 2 men !!!

This guy is a bum!! Do not trust a word he tells you! He doesn't know what he's doing and the first chance he gets to rob you blind he will!!

I had Joe Benoit fix my boiler after it was making a terrible noise. 550 dollars later he fixed the problem. However, a few days later the same sound came back. I then tried to call the office no one returned my call(I gave up after 3weeks). I had to pay another plumber to complete the job and based on what the other plumber told me, the part that Joe Benoit fixed didn't need replacement. Don't deal with this plumber he takes your money and run with no follow up at all. I will never deal with him I'm trying to spread the word so no one get burn like I did.
