Don't call them. They were called to complete a simple task with washer hose. However, the plumber stayed in my elderly mother's /house basement for 4 hours. He then claimed the job was not finished because he'd need to get some piece of equipment and return AGAIN the following day!? He could have run to his warehouse in 15 minutes and been back with the alleged equipment he needed. But no... Unbelievable to try and do this to anelderly person who is not knowledgeable and vulnerable to being taken advantage of. They charge by the hour and he stayed FOUR hours to do a job that should have taken under an hour by a skilled plumber.
