I had extensive plumbing problems and Gary's team came out and solve the mall quickly and efficiently. I would give them an A plus plus plus. They apparently fired that dumb receptionist because I didn't have any of the problems reported earlier. Thank you mr. Lott and your team, Dave

Gary has the worst receptionist ever. Allison is rude and unprofessional. I will never use his service as long as she is employed at his company. She is worthless and doesn't know anything about customer service. I have lost wages for two days because she failed to communicate parts I needed to purchase in order to have a water softener installed, so I have to reschedule. The appointment I rescheduled with her, the plumber never arrived and she didn't inform me of this until 4:00. Two entire days wasted and still my water softener still isn't installed.
