Earnest Mills was hired by my parents in la to install a new water heater in their trailer. He installed the hot water tank at an angle so that it leaked. My father in law, who was 91 at the time had to keep a pan under the leak and empty it to keep it from ruining the floor. When called Eric to fix it he refused to go back and fix it, and all this after charging an exorbitant amount. Luckily they found a real plumber that charges reasonable prices and actually does the work he says he will do. Don’t waste your money.
