eddie porter took advantage of a 72 old lady who had water damage done throughout house. Said would fix the plumbing for free if he got the contract to repair water damage.$8951.18 Mr. Porter didnt finish the job and this ladies both bathroom are a mess. flooring and cabinets were not replaced, painting etc. just found out this company A-1 Plumbing co, is not even license anymore since 2012.
