I had a water heater installed by Mike from PAPA's plumbing. Seemed very nice. It was leaking and I called PAPa's plumbing and spoke again to Mike. They would not go down to check it out. Mike told me it was probably an A/C problem and to call A/C. I Called the A/C. They came down and told me it was a plumbing problem. I then spoke to Mike again. He again would not go and said he did not want to deal with my brother. He told me to get another plumber. I spoke very nice to him. He was not only rude but hung up on me. I was forced to call another plumber. They told me that they didn't install it and if it was bad it would not be under the warrantee. I had no choice, so I said to go ahead. They had to replace the t&p valve and adjust heater temperature. I have since called PAPA's plumbing. Spoke to the secretary who was very pleasant and made excuses for Mike's temper. She said she would tell Mike that I called and he never called back. I also asked to speak with the owner Ed Kovarnik and she told me he does not take calls. This is not exceptable. I do not recommend PAPA's plumbing.
