Dirk was referred to us by the previous owners of the house we bought. We decided to use his services due to his familiarity with the property when he had a plumbing issue. Not only did he not do the work properly, the water leak that he claimed to have fixed, recurred the very next day. He left collecting his full payment. When we called him over the next 2 days when the leak continued without any improvement, he was thoroughly unprofessional. He ignored the calls, and never showed up again. He was the only plumber we came across who also charged to come over and give us a quote for the problem! Would not ever recommend Dirk for any sort of work.
