Service was fine. Parts and installation labor was way overpriced. $4.95 part at retail and an 8 minute installation was over $140.00 plus $89.00 min service charge. Technician manager lacked customer service skills and only made the concern worse. Would not recommend.

Beware of this business. $79.00 to get a technition to your home for a quote. Other local plumbers will do this for free. They will not give a rough estimate over the phone even if you tell them exactly what needs to be fixed. They tell you that their prices are comparable and competitive with other plumbers in the area. Please do not believe them! The price they quoted me for a very simple toilet fix was 3 times more expensive than 3 other places I called. Now I’m out $79.00 just for a quote from a technition that only flushed my toilet.
