This plumber was paid $10,000.00. It took him a year from the $3400.00 first payment until he showed up to renovate my bathroom. A few days after he finished, l went to my barn an discovered my compound miter saw was full of white pvc plastic sawdust, a piece of pvc pipe next to it - and the saw unlocked and broken. He used my saw, damaged itt o the point that it no longer plunges and cuts - and just left it like that w/o informing me. He just left it like that. When l followed up with him on this in an email, to my astonishment he told me “It was broken to begin with”. Oh yeah? Then why was there was there white pvc plastic sawdust everywhere. I told him this and he replied: “I didn’t say l didn’t use it.” Then l started to discover problems - the tub and trim surrounding the tub were caulked so poorly that l now have to re-caulk it myself. Then l discovered he didn’t caulk the sink behind the faucet - just where you need the caulk. I do not recommend this plumber and would advise you to avoid him.

Charlie James charged us $8,000 in Labor I purchased the materials ripped my plumbing apart never put it back together and walked off the job 9 months later leaving sewer drains open my upstairs apartment sink and dishwasher were draining into my basement and disconnected the water to my back bathroom he wasn't working on that apartment....Charged us and we paid the bill for baseboard heat that was never installed bathroom fixtures that were never installed. Hired a new plumber who fixed the mess Charlie left DON'T USE THIS PLUMBER HE IS A RIP OFF!!
