One of the greatest companies in the Philadelphia area. Great prices and warranties and awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends!

These people are completely incompetent. For a company that advertises "24 hour emergency service" I can hardly get someone to pick up the phone during normal business hours. I should have seen the red flags, but we still hired them to do a video inspection of the sewer drain pipe on a house we're trying to buy. The "report" provided was a hand written couple of sentences, barely legible, with little to no detail except a recommendation that the whole thing be replaced. The sellers would not accept this as proof for negotiation purpose. I asked several times for more specific detail and a copy of the video, with no response. Finally they sent me a second report, which was basically the same but typed up, with the street name spelled incorrectly! I have asked several times to speak to an actual plumber, but had no response from Deanna, the office manager. We have had to hire another company and are trying to get our money back!!

They do have the option of a having it recorded which I am sure you were notified about that. So if you didn't request the hard proof that's your own fault. Don't try to come at a company that has done great things for our city!

I called several other plumbers who was give me a ridiclous price and stated it was gonna cost three times the amount. Three different plumbers. My freind recommended this company. Trusting my freinds judgments I am glad I went with Draino. Not only he took the time out to show me the issue and explained it all to me. But I saved over 1000.00 dollars. Glad and very satisfied I used Draino

The man who presents himself as the man in charge of this company is a maniac. I witnessed him interacting with a resident of my neighborhood in such an unprofessional and personally psychotic fashion that I had to find a way to warn people about this man's character. Do not work with him...he is highly irrational and absolutely crazy!

Do not use this company. There are other companies that offer better service. He was late to the house. The work was no good. The service was horrible. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.
     3jL3VcH3 - 8/12/2015 - Old Castle, I have made it 3 times now. Love it every time I have made it though it seems to take a while to coointidn in a bottle. but once it does its just like a New Castle. I'm no brew master and don't have the time to become one. USF kits are virtually fail safe 1 week in the primary, 1 week in secondary and and 2 to 4 weeks to coointidn and I have yet to get a batch that I am not proud to serve to my friends and family and I have made quite a few of these kits without one being anything but great.Thanks,Rob
