New construction in Shawnee, Kansas. Our builder used Bill's Plumbing. ????????????????Two shower leaks in our upstairs, and drain pipes leaking in the basement. When asked to investigate another possible leak in spare shower before home warranty expired, they stated there was not an obvious leak, but if it turned out to be the shower, they would come back and repair it (even if warranty expired). Well, guess what? It's leaking and they somehow can't remember their conversation.
