Simon painted our house way back in 2005-6. The particular paint additive used "liquid vinyl" is great. The paint is still holding up, no peeling. Majority of house color is still good (green tint). Rust stains easily comes off with "Rust-Aid ", however, it does lighten color in those spots--just needs touch up. The prep was amazing--everything was protected and covered and taped. Our neighbors made many comments on it. Clean up very good, no messes left. Simon was professional and pleasant. I don't expect to need another paint job, but would use him in a heartbeat.
