Sean did an epoxy floor in my garage. The job took several days, not surprisingly, and looked terrific when he was done. HOWEVER, just a few months later a “bubbling” appeared in one area. I called and left a message for him. He called me the next morning (8:00 a.m. on a Sunday) and said he would be in the area the next day and would stop by. That was the last I ever heard from him. I texted him several times over the next few days but NEVER received the courtesy of a reply. It’s like he disappeared! He had done work for a few of my friends and they all had the same experience….once he was done with the job he was no longer interested in communicating. Really is a shame because I would have had him do more work for me, but it’s his loss.
