I own many rental homes and manage them myself. Michael is THE BEST, prompt, gives great advice, does what he says he's going to do when, where and how he said he was going to do it. takes care to keep the home as clean as possible, is polite, pleasant and has a great team of subs who work to equal quality detail, timing and performance. I hate to compete with others for his time and service, but I want to give him the praise he deserves. Too few in this business follow the same internal high path that Michael does.
