commentI am the co owner of a small Management Company in Fargo, ND, not that the size should matter, .and this recently came to my attention . I have employed this small company for the past couple years and although their work is average we ran into some problems with them in their employees. We failed to check their employee roster in llast 12 months. I will take blame for this, but also felt we had a sense of trust with the owner. i was mistaken, and tthey did not diisclose that they were employing a level 11 sex offender. As an owner, i felt my company, along with many others need to be aware of this since we do hand out keys and access to many apartment buildings in town. The comfort level of our residents who have young girls is much more important to us.
