I had this group paint our condo within the last month. They did a good job and I was pleased. After a few weeks I called to speak to the owner Laura. A man answered the phone and told me he would have Laura call me. As I write this now another 2 weeks has passed by and still no reply from Laura. I had a neighbor who wanted to have their home painted & asked me to have Laura call her. I agreed only because the neighbor was elderly but I assured her Laura would call as I found her to be most reliable. The neighbor was still waiting until 12/13/2013 for a phone call but never received one. She has someone coming out from another painting company on Monday 12/16/2013 so she tells me to give her an estimate. I was so happy with Laura that I could not say enough good things about her but obviously all to no avail. I do not understand what the problem is here with contractors, painters, repairmen etc when it comes to calling a customer or a future customer. It takes maybe 5 minutes to call someone and either say YES or NO to their inquiries. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY LAURA COULD NOT RETURN A CALL. She seemed so professional. I hope Laura realizes that word of mouth is the best recommendation a customer can give them . Maybe she will return the next phone call she receives but it won't be coming from me.
