Seemed like a nice gentleman. He will present you with your final bill prior to completion. He will ask for payment in full. That will be the last time you will ever see or speak with him again as he will not answer your phone calls, or texts. At that point you will be left with an unfinished job. My advice, just go to another painter! Who needs that aggravation.
