I hired Javier to paint the exterior of my parents house in Humble, TX in 2014. He was recommended by my parent's neighbor. I live in Bethesda, MD so the transaction was managed long distance. Javier and team completed the work but did not replace one rotted piece of wood at the back of the house. I contacted Javier and they did come back and replace the panel but as of April 2016 no one has ever come back to paint the section replaced. Now my parents are telling the paint is coming off the sides of the house. It has been less than 2 years since this work was done and exterior paint should last over 5 years. I have called and sent text messages directly to Javier to give his company the opportunity to fix this situation. So far I have received no responses. Javier was paid in full for his work at the time the job was completed. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled and the quality of the work provided. I feel we were taken advantage of because my parents are elderly and I was not there to supervise the work. I would never recommend this company.
