We had Jim's crew paint the entire interior of our house. Their work was superb; the job was done perfectly, and we were delighted with the results. They were at our house every day for a week, and were always polite, kind and professional. We would definitely use them again.

We called to request a bid and the owner's level of professionalism was extremely low. As a part of normal salutations I identified myself and the district that I represent, who I was requesting a painting bid for. Prior to completing the greeting he rudely stated that he was not interested and hung up. I assume that this behavior was a result of assuming that the call was a solicitation call. Whatever the case I do not agree with such rude business tactics. Had he allowed me to finish he would have understood that the call was an opportunity to advance his business. I also believe that this poor professionalism can not help but spill over into the quality of his work.
