We had a horrible experience, I would urge anyone who is considering this company to think twice. They arrived late, promised 4 movers and we ended with two movers. the estimated the job to take 5 hours and it took over 10 hours. My husband helped with the unload, otherwise they would have taken 15 hours. They broke several items, including our couch. They told us they would have a solution for us but never called us back. I called to complain but the owner, Ron was incredibly rude. It was a very lousy experience overall.It is sad when you pay for a service and get completely horrible experience. I understand that things go wrong, things break but when you are told you are getting 4 movers, that's what you should get. The worst part of the whole experience was when I called back to speak to Ron and the rudeness that I experienced. Please think twice before hiring this company, there are lots of others out there with great reputations, wished i would have done my research.
