I had a tenant whom was incapable of handling things in a professional way,constant threats, and criminal behavior,therefore wasnt permitted to be here without being chaperoned by police or professionals hired in her stead. This company was hired by her for her to get her things from her rental space. They were very professional,communicative,and quick. As the landlord, they didnt make me feel uncomfortable,and reasonably tried to mediate and handle the issue when they couldnt retrieve everything in one day. I do not know the pricing but I would recommend as I've watched their behavior and ethics.
