- Damaged My Floor, Refused To Pay For Repairs - - MAF - 12/5/2022 - comment
Mark Ellington and his "True Movers" moved a large piece of furniture for me. They were reasonably priced. One of his men dropped a cordless drill with the trigger pressed, and it ground a long groove in our newly finished hardwood flooring. Mark assured me he was insured and that he would pay for the repairs. We had the flooring company come out and replace the damaged boards for around $400. Mark ghosted me, and never paid for the repair. Sometimes the low bid is not the best idea.
