Originally, everything was doing good. They came recommended by a friend and were very nice. I got everything setup one week before the scheduled move. We were supposed to meet a 9.30am. I called a few times the day before to make sure everything was set for the next day but could not get a hold of him. Texted, left a couple of message.. Still nothing. Called in the morning at 8am. Then 9am... Still no news... The day of the move. He called me at 9.25am and told me he could not be my mover and I had to find another solution... The reason was that he could not get cargo insurance, but I don't know if this is actually the truth... So definitely a big NO NO!!
