I hired Progressive Moving for a couple of moves done at the same time. Jimmy Wright the owner stated he was insured. Come to find out he out sources to several different people-some that are illegal immigrants. During my move the movers argued with me on protecting my valuables. Damage was done. When I called Jimmy Wright to make a claim he said I had 30 days to make a claim. I sent him pictures of all the major items that were damaged. He then said he makes the claim himself. After that he would never return text messages, phone calls or emails. I am in the process of talking with a lawyer plus will be talking with the Better Business Bureau and more. Then he makes you pay him in cash last minute with no receipts. I’m going to be calling the IRS as well. Beware of this mover. He seems so nice but is dishonest.
